Lisa Alvarez-Calderón leads the human resources team and is responsible for developing and retaining an engaged, diverse, and inclusive workforce.

Lisa joined the foundation in 2020 from Universidad de Chile in Santiago, Chile, where she served as academic director. With more than 25 years of broad HR experience, from compensation and global mobility to talent and leadership development, she has a passion for culture and diversity work. Her first-hand experience as an expat working for large, global organizations helps her understand the complexities of managing a global workforce.

Lisa’s diverse industry experience includes academia, natural resources, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
