In an effort to help demystify the value of postsecondary education, the Gates Foundation is partnering with the Institute for Higher Education Policy to launch the Commission on the Value of Postsecondary Education. The commission's goal is simple: propose a definition of value for education after high school and an approach for measuring that value.
